to blog, or not to blog...
i've been wondering lately why i blog...for me the reason has always been to give me an additional opportunity to connect with people - which i think has happened in the past but doesn't seem to happen now....i enjoy sharing my photos, but there are other ways to do it...
perhaps it's the same reason zombies in DAWN OF THE DEAD headed for the shopping mall - "they do what they know..."
what does this all mean. i don't know... wouldn't it stink to have all these wonderful communication tools only to find that you have nothing to say!

you know, i've been wondering about the same thing myself. It's true that one runs out of things to say but sometimes what you think it's unimportant or not blog-worthy could be very interesting to others.

If you run out of things to say you can always talk about the weather. Everyone else does it.
Kristin, that reminds me of one of my favorite jokes: "Everyone always talks about the weather, but no one ever does anything about it!"
For me blogging is like Starbucks: sometimes I can go 2 weeks without going there, and then one Tuesday I'll wake up jonesing for a mocha and I will be there every morning before work. And possibly the weekends too.
Follow your flow, my friend. I enjoy all of what you have on your blog.

Why blog? Hmm. Have you been a journal writing type? Letter writer? I think becasue I've been these types that blogging is a natural progression. And how's the social element: I haven't sorted out that one yet.
