diet change?

I am considering dropping my vegetarian diet to include some meat and fish...

I don't know - I have the sense I have not been eating well lately and body is suffering... I know it is possible to eat a well-balanced vegetarian dietr, but I don't think I am. I know the Dalai Lama, based on doctor's orders eats some meat...

On the other hand - I don't know...

any advice, encouragement etc would be appreciated...

Just take care, don't go too fast. Maybe just fish, to start with.

i would plan to start with fish and perhaps a bit of chicken - but i have so mixed feelings...

That is so weird. One climbs on, another steps off...

I've decided that it's okay for me to do the occasional fish. AND, if my mother starts to cry because I'm not eating Thanksgiving dinner, I might eat a bit of turkey. Maybe.

All I know is that I felt much better when I was sticking to the vegetarian diet.

(Oh! I'm also not going to ask about broth bases. If I want French onion soup, I'm going to simply not ask the fine folks at Panera for their recipe.)

lol - on occasion i adopt the "don't ask, don't tell" policy....

i am still not sure...
i might want to try an experiment - like a couple times a week - see if it matters...

really have mixed feelings....

I'm going to comment despite not being nor ever having been a vegetarian. However, one of my sisters is a vegetarian and one of them was and stopped. My best friend is a Buddhist and a vegetarian who ate some meat during her pregnancy because she was really craving it and it obviously supplied something she needed. I think that sometimes our bodies need things that we aren't giving them and they really let us know. My vegetarian sister's friend was also a vegetarian and one day was craving fish so bad that her boyfriend caught her cramming tuna fish in her mouth, over the sink, out of the can! He suggested that if she were going to eat fish, maybe they should do it right and spend some money on something good! All that to say that if you think it is something you need to do that is ok and you shouldn't feel bad. And if you try and decide that you really don't want to eat meat, that is ok too.
